If so, then this program is for you! Train with Jen Scott as she prepares for her next Boston Marathon in April 2023! Jen has completed twenty-one marathons, which include five Boston Qualifiers, and thirty-eight half marathons!

As a sport and clinical registered and licensed dietitian, mom of three, marathoner, and RRCA certified run coach, Jen has the experience and expertise to help guide you through your marathon or half marathon training.

What you need to know:

  • This program is for ALL skill levels pursuing a marathon or half marathon at any time throughout 2023.
  • You can train on YOUR timeline for your race! Enrollment is ongoing. All you need to do is register and join the group based on the timeline you need for your race.

 

What you receive:

  • 12, 16, 20, or 24 week periodized marathon or half marathon programming based on your skill level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), delivered in Training Peaks.
  • Integrated strength training delivered in Train Heroic that supports your running goals. No need to guess what to do or when to do it! We’ll schedule it in conjunction with your running plan for you!
  • Weekly group zoom check-ins with Jen and your fellow marathoners to go over your training week.
  • Themed discussions and Q&A’s during group check-ins, including:
    • Balancing training with work and family life
    • Running specific nutrition
    • Increasing your calories as mileage ramps up’Long run logistics
    • Speed work and tempo runs
    • Carb loading
    • The taper
    • Creating a race day plan
    • Post-race recovery
  • Access to the community’s private Facebook group where you can connect with fellow runners.

 

Details:

  • First group zoom call will be the week of January 16th, 2023.

  • You will receive a survey that you must fill out for us to place you on the best running and lifting program for your goals and experience.
  • Your programming will be delivered in 4 week blocks.
  • This is a subscription-based service which you can cancel at any time.
