Kathy Maxwell: New Mom Turned Half Marathoner
We couldn’t be prouder of Kathy for finishing her very first half marathon in March 2022 after picking up running only nine months earlier. We do coaching differently.
Goal setting is the cornerstone of our coaching method. A good goal is inspiring, attainable, and has a date on the calendar. If you don’t have a specific goal right now, no problem. We’ll work with you to develop one.
Integration is where we stand out. Once you have a goal, we’ll build a comprehensive roadmap to get you there that combines strength and conditioning, nutrition, physical therapy, and sports-specific technique instruction. We’re a one-stop-shop for turning crazy ideas into realities.
Education is woven into everything we do. Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job by teaching our athletes how to take charge of their own athletic journeys. We think of our programs as mentorships.
